The condition of visiting any sport facility is to have a valid immunity card.
You can submit your provision on this site. If you do not have immunity card, therefore you are not entitled to visit any sport facility, then you can choose another date to start using your SportPass again, until last year’s unused payment last.
If the original activation date is suitable for you, the process is automatic, and you do NOT have any further thing to do!
If you miss the deadline to submit a provision, your AYCM SportPass service will be activated automatically.
